First Teacher Assignment (saved from september)

Watching myself on tape, I picked up a lot of unexpected tendencies I have. First and most obvious, my use of "um" an "uh" was excessive. Also, I seemed to lack control of the classrom. I was too timid and spoke too much to my class as though they were my peers and not my students. It will help when I get to go over what I am going to say and have a better understanding of my lesson in the future.
