Overall, I think the most important thing I improved on in my Lab D lesson was my time management. I did this by cutting the activities shorter than I felt they should be, since my problem on earlier labs was letting them run too long and running out of time. One of the ways that I have been able to increase activity time and deacrease instruction time of the course of all my teaching lessons is finding activites that students can relate or are in some way familiar with. For instance, in my lab D, I had the students play a game of ultimate netball, or ultimate frisbee with a netball(volleyball). This fit perfectly with my progressions, and all I had to do was tell the students to play ultimate frisbee, which they know, and go over some cues briefly.
